Unbeatable location, amazing interior, large breakfast. We loved our room - it was normal double and very well decorated. View was captivating. Early check-in and attentive service.

Characterful base for exploring Cancun. A bit disappointing venue, however there were outstanding staff and location. I enjoyed a bright decor and vintage furniture. Restaurant in hotel was renowned and the pool area was amazing...

As for me, the area was quite dirty.

Hotel was very clean and had a wonderful feel. Liked view of garden. Great property, 9 miles from Isla Mujeres airport. We would definitely come back there as everything met every demand.
